摘　　要：目的:通过文献计量学方法系统梳理经典名方桂枝加厚朴杏子汤的古籍与现代文献,探究其历史沿革,确定关键信息,并分析现代临床应用情况。方法:古籍文献分析:从爱如生中医典海、海外中医古籍库等数据库中检索1911年以前成书的中医古籍,以“桂枝加厚朴杏子汤”及其相关关键词进行检索,最终纳入21部有效古籍。现代文献分析:检索中国知网、万方数据、维普资讯等数据库,以“桂枝加厚朴杏子汤”及其同义词为主题词或关键词,检索时间自建库至2024年7月。结果:本研究涉及古籍文献63部,最终确定有效古籍21部。桂枝加厚朴杏子汤最早见于东汉张仲景的《伤寒论》,后世医家对其记载基本遵循原方,主要用于治疗“宿有喘病,又感风寒而见桂枝汤证者;或风寒表证误用下剂后,表证未解而微喘者”,通过解肌祛风、降气定喘的作用来治疗相关病证。桂枝加厚朴杏子汤由桂枝、甘草、生姜、芍药、厚朴、杏仁、大枣7味药组成,但不同书籍记载的剂量存在一定差异。现代临床应用:桂枝加厚朴杏子汤广泛应用于治疗呼吸系统疾病(如支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病)和循环系统疾病(如急性心力衰竭、慢性肺源性心脏病),并取得了良好的疗效。结论:桂枝加厚朴杏子汤作为经典名方,其历史沿革清晰,临床应用广泛,疗效显著。Objective:To systematically examine ancient and modern literature on the classic famous formula Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel using bibliometric methods to clarify its historical evolution,identify key informational elements,and analyze its modern clinical applications.Methods:Ancient Literature Analysis:Chinese medical classics published before 1911 were retrieved from databases such as the Airusheng Chinese Medical Classics Database and overseas Chinese medical archives,using keywords including"Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel."A total of 21 valid ancient works were included.Modern Literature:Computerized searches of CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP Information databases were conducted with"Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel"and its synonyms as subject terms or keywords,covering records from database inception to July 2024.Results:The study reviewed 63 ancient works,with 21 confirmed as valid.Cinnamon Twig Decoction Plus Officinal Magnolia Bark and Apricot Kernel first appeared in Zhang Zhongjing′s Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases during the Eastern Han Dynasty.Subsequent medical works largely adhered to the original formula,which is indicated for"pre-existing asthma aggravated by wind-cold invasion presenting with Cinnamon Twig Decoction syndrome"or"mild dyspnea persisting after improper use of purgatives for wind-cold exterior syndromes."Its therapeutic mechanism involves releasing muscle tension,dispelling wind,and suppressing qi to relieve wheezing.The formula is composed of seven herbs:Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiveris Recens),Shaoyao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Houpo(Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis),Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),and Dazao(Fructus Jujubae).However,dosage variations exist across works,with decoction prepared via boiling and administered warm.Modern Clinical Applications:The formula is widely used for respiratory diseases(e.g.,bronchial as
