基于法象思维挖掘种子及成熟果实类中药治疗不孕症的用药特点

摘　　要：目的:挖掘种子及成熟果实类中药治疗不孕症的用药特点。方法:检索近5年收录于中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台等数据库中含种子及成熟果实类中药治疗不孕症的有效方剂,按照《中药学》《中华本草》对中药名称进行规范。运用中医传承计算平台V3.5软件对中药的频次、性味归经、功效进行统计分析后并进行关联规则分析和聚类分析,挖掘常用药对及核心组方。结果:本研究纳入文献222篇,收集方剂319首,使用中药251味,总用药频次4252次。种子及成熟果实类中药43味,其用药频次为755次,占总频次的17.748%,以味甘性温为主,主归肾、脾经。高频种子及成熟果实类中药有菟丝子(220次)、枸杞子(109次)、女贞子(72次)等,用药频次≤5次的中药有18味。关联规则分析显示,常用药对为菟丝子-当归。将纳入的319首方剂进行聚类分析得到3个核心组方。结论:基于法象思维提示补肾为治疗不孕症的根本治则,辨治不孕症应注重疏肝补脾益肾,尤重温补,临床多采用补虚、活血化瘀、理气进行辨证治疗。Objective:To explore the medication characteristics of seed and mature fruit Chinese herbs in treating infertility.Methods:Effective formulas containing seed and mature fruit herbs for infertility were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and other databases over the past five years.Chinese herb names were standardized according to Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Herbal Medicine.Statistical analysis of herb frequency,properties,flavors,meridian tropisms,and efficacy was conducted using The TCM Inheritance Computing Platform V3.5,followed by association rule and cluster analyses to identify common herb pairs and core formulations.Results:A total of 222 articles and 319 formulas were included,involving 251 Chinese medicinals with 4252 usage frequencies.Seed and mature fruit ones accounted for 43 types with 755 frequencies and accounting for 17.748%,predominantly sweet in flavor and warm in nature,targeting the kidney and spleen meridians.High-frequency Chinese medicinals included Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae),Gouqizi(Fructus Lycii),Nvzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi)with 220,109 and 72 times respectively,etc.while 18 ones had≤5 frequencies.Association rule analysis revealed the common herb pair:Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae)-Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis).Cluster analysis of 319 formulas yielded three core formulations.Conclusion:Based on symbolic thinking theory,tonifying the kidney is the fundamental principle for treating infertility.Clinical strategies emphasize soothing the liver,tonifying the spleen,and supplementing the kidney,with a focus on warming and tonifying therapies.Common approaches include tonifying deficiency,activating blood circulation to resolve stasis,and regulating qi for syndrome differentiation.
