摘　　要：目的分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗社区高血压伴糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年6月在上海市闵行区莘庄社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的高血压伴糖尿病患者112例,根据治疗方法不同分为A组和B组各56例。A组采用单一阿司匹林治疗,B组采用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者糖代谢指标、血脂指标、血压、粥样硬化斑块指标、生活质量及临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,B组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血压、心率、颈动脉内膜中层厚度低于A组,空腹胰岛素和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于A组(P<0.05);B组36条目健康调查简表各维度评分及治疗总有效率均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论社区高血压伴糖尿病患者采用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗,能够增强对糖脂代谢的控制,降低血压,且可抵抗动脉粥样硬化发展。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Aspirin combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes in community.Methods A total of 112 patients with hypertension and diabetes who were treated in Xinzhuang Community Health Service Center,Minhang District,Shanghai from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 56 cases in each group.Group A was treated with single Aspirin,and group B was treated with Aspirin combined with Atorvastatin.The glucose metabolism index,blood lipid index,blood pressure,atherosclerotic plaque index,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,blood pressure,heart rate and carotid intima-media thickness in group B were lower than those in group A,while fasting insulin and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those in group A(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of Short-Form Health Survey-36 and the total effective rate of treatment in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Aspirin combined with Atorvastatin in patients with hypertension and diabetes in community can enhance the control of glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce blood pressure,and resist the development of atherosclerosis.
