摘  要:目的分析口腔pH值对扁桃体低温等离子术后创面白膜厚薄的影响。方法收集2023年7月—2024年7月在北海市第二人民医院行低温等离子术的扁桃体肥大或慢性扁桃体炎患者50例,根据术后口腔pH值分为pH<6.6组22例及pH≥6.6组28例。观察两组口腔pH值及创面白膜厚薄情况。结果两组术前1 d及术后2、3 d口腔pH值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2 d创面白膜形成,pH<6.6组及pH≥6.6组白膜厚薄情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者白膜均正常脱落,完全脱落时间最短为14 d,最长为18 d。结论口腔pH值对扁桃体低温等离子术后创面白膜的厚薄无显著影响。Objective To investigate the effect of oral pH on the thickness of the wound albuginea after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 50 patients with tonsil hypertrophy or chronic tonsillitis who underwent low-temperature plasma surgery in The Second People's Hospital of Beihai from July 2023 to July 2024 were collected,they were divided into two groups based on postoperative oral pH,22 case of pH<6.6 group and 28 case of pH≥6.6 group.The oral pH value and the thickness of the wound albuginea of the two groups were observed.Results There was significant difference in oral pH value between the two groups at 1 day before operation and 2 and 3 days after operation(P<0.05);the wound albuginea was fromed 2 days after operation,there was no significant difference in the thickness of wound albuginea between the pH<6.6 group and the pH≥6.6 group(P>0.05);both groups of patients had normal wound albuginea shedding,and the shortest time of complete shedding was 14 days and the longest was 18 days.Conclusions Oral pH has no effect on the thickness of the wound albuginea after lowtemperature plasma tonsillectomy.
