摘　　要：随着当代女性的生活和工作压力日益增大,卵巢储备功能减退的发生率逐年上升。中医治疗此病具有其独特优势,但其临床疗效难以用西医治疗体系进行评价,且单纯的分型论治如今不足以构建卵巢储备功能减退的中医临床诊治体系。本研究将基于仝小林院士提出的“态靶辨证”理论,从“肾虚驱动-态靶调治-阴阳复衡”角度,分析卵巢储备功能减退“肾虚为本”的中医病机,进一步从“态靶辨证”理论阐述卵巢储备功能减退的中医辨治,以达到阴阳复衡的治疗目的。该体系的建立优化了中医在解剖、生理、病理、药理学等方面的不足,将中西医有机结合,可用于临床指导卵巢储备功能减退的辨治。另附验案一则,以资佐证。With the life and work pressure of contemporary women are increasing,and the incidence of diminished ova-rian reserve is increasing year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating this disease,but its clinical efficacy is difficult to be evaluated by the Western medical treatment system,and the simple typology is not enough to build a traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment system for diminished ova-rian reserve.Based on the theory of"statetargeted diagnosis"proposed by academician Tong Xiaolin,this study will analyze the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of diminished ova-rian reserve from the perspective of"driven by renal deficiency-state-targeted treatment-yin and yang rebalancing",and then analyze the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of diminished ova-rian reserve.From the perspective of"kidney deficiency-driven-state-targeted treatment-yin-yang rebalancing",the system analyzes the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of ovarian reserve dysfunction,and further elaborates the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction from the"state-targeted treatment"theory,in order to achieve the therapeutic goal of yin-yang rebalancing.The establishment of this system optimizes the deficiencies of Chinese medicine in anatomy,physiology,pathology,pharmacology,etc.,and organically combines Chinese and western medicine,which can be used to clinically guide the diagnosis and treatment of diminished ova-rian reserve.A case study is also attached for supporting evidence.
