中药封包外敷在输液性静脉炎患者治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察中药封包外敷在输液性静脉炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1—12月菏泽市定陶区人民医院96例输液性静脉炎患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组仅给予常规指导,观察组在对照组的基础上采取中药封包外敷干预。比较两组静脉炎临床分级情况、症状好转时间、静脉炎症状评分以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组静脉炎临床分级中0级比例高于对照组,而I级和Ⅱ级比例均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状好转时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组静脉炎症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床在治疗输液性静脉炎患者时,采取中药封包外敷方法,具有促进症状减轻和消退的作用,治疗安全性可靠,具有临床价值。Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet application in the treatment of patients with infusion phlebitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with infusion phlebitis in Dingtao District People's Hospital,Heze from January to December 2024 were selected as the research objects,according to different intervention methods,they were divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was only given routine guidance,while the observation group was intervened with traditional Chinese medicine packet application on the basis of the control group.The clinical grading of phlebitis,symptom improvement time,phlebitis symptom score and adverse reactions were analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the proportion of grade 0 in the phlebitis grading of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the proportions of grade I and grade II were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the phlebitis symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions When treating patients with infusion phlebitis,the method of traditional Chinese medicine packet application can promote the alleviation and disappearance of symptoms,and the treatment is safe and reliable,which has clinical value.
