基于膜原、卫气营血理论的空间三维针刺治疗思路浅析

摘　　要：膜原理论在中医学术界中存在较多争议,相关概念与定义尚不统一,导致对其本质和功能的理解相对混乱,这为研究膜原与临床疗效的关系提出了挑战。本文系统梳理了膜原的概念、历史源流、本质、具体位置,膜系、三焦与膜的具体关系等问题,以温病学中的膜原、卫气营血理论为基础,通过分析膜原与卫气营血理论不同层次的病理特点,结合三焦辨证、六经辨证,初步提出针对不同疾病层次的空间三维针刺治疗原则和方法,探讨疾病层次对针刺治疗的指导意义,以期为临床针刺治疗提供新的理论依据和实践指导。There are many controversies in the theory of membrane origin in the academic circle of traditional Chinese medicine,and the related concepts and definitions are not uniform,which leads to a relatively confused understanding of its essence and function,which poses a challenge to the study of the relationship between membrane origin and clinical efficacy.This paper systematically combs the concept,historical origin,essence,and specific location of the membrane origin,the specific relationship between the membrane system,the triple energizer and the membrane,based on the theory of membrane origin and weifen,qifen,yingfen and xuefen in febrile diseases,by analyzing the pathological characteristics of different levels of membrane origin and defense-qi-nutrient-blood theory,combined with the syndrome differentiation of triple energizer and the syndrome differentiation of six meridians,the principles and methods of spatial three-dimensional acupuncture treatment for different disease levels are preliminarily proposed,and explore the guiding significance of disease level on acupuncture treatment,in order to provide new theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical acupuncture treatment.
