中药痔熏洗剂在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药痔熏洗剂在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1—7月霍邱县第二人民医院诊治的混合痔患者109例为研究对象,按照患者就诊病历号随机分为对照组(54例)与观察组(55例),所有患者均行混合痔外剥内扎术。术后,对照组予以高锰酸钾溶液熏洗治疗,2次/d;观察组予以中药痔熏洗剂熏洗治疗,2次/d。两组疗程均为20 d。术后7、14 d,比较两组创面水肿、渗出评分。疗程结束后,比较两组不良反应发生率及临床总有效率。结果术后7 d,两组创面水肿、渗出评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14 d,两组创面水肿、渗出评分低于术后7 d,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药痔熏洗剂在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果满意,其能够减轻创面水肿、抑制组织液渗出、促进创面愈合,且不良反应少,具有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoids fumigation lotion in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods A total of 109 patients with mixed hemorrhoids diagnosed and treated in the Second People's Hospital of Huoqiu County from January to July 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group(54 cases)and the observation group(55 cases)based on the medical number,all patients underwent external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.After operation,the control group was treated with Potassium Permanganate Solution fumigation and washing,twice daily;the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoids fumigation lotion,twice daily.The course of treatment in both groups was 20 days.At 7 and 14 days after operation,the edema and exudate of wound between the two groups were compared.After the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and overall clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results At 7 days after operation,there was no significant difference in the scores of wound edema and exudation between the two groups(P>0.05);at 14 days after operation,the scores of wound edema and exudate in the two groups were lower than those at 7 days after operation,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid fumigation lotion in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation is satisfactory,it can reduce wound edema,inhibit tissue fluid exudation,promote wound healing,and has fewer adverse reactions,it has clinical application value.
