摘　　要：本文总结1例中央核性肌小管肌病合并重症肺炎患儿的护理经验。护理要点如下:一般护理评估、呼吸功能和咳嗽能力评估,根据评估结果制订护理计划;通过改善呼吸功能、气道廓清技术、面部肌群训练、体位管理进行个体化护理;预防感染、人文关怀及与家属的有效沟通贯穿护理始终。经过21 d的护理,患儿恢复良好,顺利出院。This article summarise the nursing care experience of a child with central nuclear myotubular disease combined with severe pneumonia.The main points of nursing are as follows:general nursing assessment,respiratory function and cough ability assessment,nursing care plan based on the assessment results;individualised nursing care by improving respiratory function,airway clearance technique,facial muscle group training,position management;prevention of infection,humanistic care and effective communication with family members throughout the nursing care.After 21 days of nursing,the child recovered well and was discharged successfully.
