目标管理法在慢性牙周炎患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察目标管理法在慢性牙周炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月合肥市口腔医院收治的120例慢性牙周炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。所有患者均接受牙周炎相关基础治疗,对照组采用常规口腔护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用目标管理法。比较两组口腔卫生习惯、口腔检测结果、口腔健康生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组每日刷牙次数、每次刷牙时间、每周牙线使用次数、全口菌斑指数(PLI)、附着水平(CAL)及中文版口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组每日刷牙次数、每次刷牙时间、每周牙线使用次数均多于护理前,PLI、CAL及OHIP-14评分均低于护理前,且观察组每天刷牙次数、平均每日刷牙时间、每周牙线使用次数均多于对照组,PLI、CAL及OHIP-14评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论目标管理法在慢性牙周炎患者护理中的应用效果较好,能改善患者口腔卫生管理能力及牙周状况,提高其口腔健康生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of management by objectives in the nursing of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Hefei Stomatological Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.All patients were treated with periodontitis,the control group was treated with conventional oral nursing,the observation group was treated with management by objectives based on the control group.The oral hygiene habits,oral test results,oral health quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in the daily brushing times,brushing time each time,weekly flossing times,whole mouth plaque index(PLI),adhesion level(CAL)and Chinese oral Health Impact Scale(OHIP-14)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the daily brushing times,brushing time each time and weekly flossing times in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the PLI,CAL and OHIP-14 scores were lower than before nursing,and the daily brushing times,average daily brushing time and weekly flossing times in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the PLI,CAL and OHIP-14 scores were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Objective management can effectively improve the oral health management ability and periodontal status of patients with chronic periodontitis,improve their oral health quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
