摘　　要：本文报道了1例双胎妊娠合并重度子痫前期心力衰竭患者的围产期护理经验。护理要点如下:组织多学科联合会诊,制订整体护理方案,早期评估与识别病情变化,合理用药,严格控制血压,预防下肢深静脉血栓,母婴分离下母乳喂养,围产期个性化心理护理,做好院外延续护理。经过多学科团队的综合管理,母婴病情稳定出院,随访20 d,母婴状况良好。本研究对患者实施的多学科联合治疗及整体护理方案,确保了母婴安全,提高了母婴生活质量。This article reports the experience of perinatal nursing for a twin pregnancy with severe preeclampsia heart failure.The main nursing points are as follows:organize multidisciplinary joint consultation,formulate overall nursing plan,early assessment and identification of disease changes,rational drug use,strict control of blood pressure,prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,breastfeeding after separation of mother and child,personalized perinatal psychological care,and do a good job of outof-hospital extended care.After the comprehensive management of the multidisciplinary team,the mother and baby were discharged from the hospital in a stable condition,after 20 days of follow-up,the mother and baby were in good condition.The multi-disciplinary combined treatment and holistic nursing plan implemented in this study ensured the safety of mother and child and improved the quality of life of mother and child.
