全程护理干预在内镜下肠息肉日间手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察全程护理干预在内镜下肠息肉日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年3月广西壮族自治区脑科医院接受日间手术的60例肠息肉患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程护理。比较两组护理满意度、肠道准备情况、手术应激指标、心理状态及并发症发生率。结果观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,肠道准备不充分发生率、并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);手术完成后,两组心率、舒张压、去甲肾上腺素、24 h尿肾上腺激素水平均高于手术前1 d,症状自评量表(SCL-90)各维度评分低于手术前1 d,观察组以上各项均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理干预能够有效改善内镜下肠息肉日间手术患者的心理状态和手术应激指标,降低肠道准备不充分和并发症的发生率,提高其护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients undergoing endoscopic day surgery for intestinal polyps.Methods A total of 60 patients with intestinal polyps who underwent day surgery in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Brain Hospital from July 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received full nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,intestinal readiness,operative stress index,psychological state and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of intestinal inadequate preparation and the total incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after the completion of the operation,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,norepinephrine and 24 h urine adrenal hormone levels in both groups were higher than 1 day before the operation,and the score of Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)in all dimensions were lower than 1 day before the operation,the above items in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state and surgical stress index of patients undergoing endoscopic day surgery for intestinal polyps,reduce the incidence of inadequate intestinal preparation and complications,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
