“九宫格”模式在县级中医院管理中的应用

摘　　要：随着医疗卫生体系的深化改革,尤其是分级诊疗制度推进,县级医院在基层服务网络中的核心作用日益凸显。然而,县级中医院在资源整合、服务质量提升、安全管理等方面面临诸多挑战。为此,大通县回族土族自治县第二人民医院引入“九宫格”模式,通过临床路径管理、定期病历点评、优质护理服务、监测医院感染、强化安全用药、落实医改指标、实施分级诊疗、推行便民惠民措施及落实基本公共卫生服务等9个维度的全面优化,实现了医疗资源的高效配置和服务质量的显著提升。该模式为县级中医院的建设和发展提供了管理范式。With the deepening reform of the healthcare system,especially the advancement of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,county-level hospitals have increasingly played a pivotal role in the primary healthcare service network.However,county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals face numerous challenges in resource integration,service quality improvement,and safety management.To address these challenges,the Second People's Hospital of Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County,introduced the"Nine-Square Grid"model,through comprehensive optimization across nine dimensions:clinical pathway management,medical record review,high-quality nursing services,hospital infection monitoring,safe medication management,implementation of medical reform indicators,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,patient-friendly measures,and basic public health services,the hospital achieved efficient allocation of medical resources and significant improvement in service quality.This model provides a management paradigm for the construction and development of county-level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
