摘　　要：目的观察微视频教育在糖尿病患者居家处置医用利器物中的应用效果。方法2023年8月—2024年3月,对上海市浦东新区南码头路街道的12个社区开展微视频教育讲座。讲座前组建微视频教育小组,制作主题明确的微视频,并在讲座前后分别进行问卷调查,选取自愿参与问卷调查的糖尿病患者或其家属为研究对象。比较微视频教育讲座前后研究对象居家处置医用利器物相关知识的掌握程度。结果微视频教育讲座共完成12次,参与人数达624人,符合问卷发放条件的糖尿病患者或其家属476人,收集有效问卷462份,回收率为97.06%。微视频教育后,研究对象的知识问卷每个题目得分均高于微视频教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者居家处置医用利器物的现状不容乐观,微视频教育能有效提高糖尿病患者居家处置医用利器物的知识掌握度,值得关注。Objective To observe the application effect of micro-video education in home disposal of medical sharps for diabetic patients.Methods From August 2023 to March 2024,micro video education lectures were carried out in 12 communities of Nanma Road Street,Pudong New Area,Shanghai.Before the lectures,a micro video education group was formed to make micro videos,questionnaire tests were conducted before and after the lectures,diabetic patients or their families who volunteered to participate in the questionnaire survey were selected as the research subjects.The mastery of knowledge related to home disposal of medical sharps in research subjects before and after micro-video education lectures was compared.Results A total of 12 microvideo education lectures were completed,there were 624 people who attended the lectures,476 diabetic patients or their families who met the conditions for questionnaire distribution,and 462 valid questionnaires were collected,the recovery rate was 97.06%.After micro-video education,the scores of each item in the knowledge questionnaire of the subjects were higher than those before microvideo education,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The current situation ofhome disposal of medical sharps for diabetic patientsis not optimistic,micro-video education can effectively improve the knowledge ofhome disposal of medical sharps in diabetic patients,which is worthy of attention.
