智能传播语境下我国高校智库的发展现状与路径探析

摘　　要：当前,我国高校智库建设在智能传播语境下正获得新的发展契机。但是,高校智库发展仍旧面临着“数量多,质量差”的问题,具体表现为全球影响力不强、定位存在偏差、运行效率不高等问题,严重制约着中国特色新型高校智库的发展。智能传播环境中,人工智能技术的飞速发展为破解高校智库发展难题、寻求高校智库未来发展路径提供了新思路。可以从广泛协同,构建智库平台;技术赋能,强化智库技术支撑;认知提升,强化智库管理等方面,充分利用智能技术和智能传播的优势,重构智库发展生态,提升中国特色新型高校智库的影响力和传播力。At present,the construction of China's college think tank is obtaining new development opportunities in the context of intelligent communication.However,the development of university think tank still faces the problem of"large quantity but poor quality",concrete features are that:weak global influence,inaccurate positioning,low operational efficiency.These seriously restrict the development of new-type of China's college think tank.In the intelligent communication environment,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has provided new ideas for solving the development difficulties of college think tanks and seeking future development paths.We can make full use of the advantages of intelligent technology and intelligent communication from aspects such as extensive collaboration to build think tank platforms,technology empowerment to strengthen the technical support for think tanks,and cognitive improvement to strengthen think tank management,so as to reconstruct the development ecology of think tank and enhance the influence and communication power of new-type of college think tank with Chinese characteristics.
