摘　　要：目的 探讨创伤中心一体化救治在严重多发伤患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析广东省深圳市龙华区中心医院收治的严重多发伤患者的临床资料,将2021年6月至2022年12月收治且接受常规急救模式的90例患者作为对照组,2023年1月至2024年6月收治且实施创伤中心一体化救治模式的90例患者作为研究组,比较抢救成功率、急救时间、预后情况、不良事件发生情况。结果 研究组抢救成功率96.67%高于对照组88.89%(χ^(2)=4.063,P=0.044);研究组入院时间、会诊医生到位时间等急救时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院2 d后,两组创伤严重程度评分、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ评分均降低,且研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 创伤中心一体化救治模式可提高严重多发伤患者的急救效率,并提升抢救成功率,能改善预后并降低不良事件发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of an integrated treatment for patients with severe multi-trauma in the trauma center.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients with severe multi-injuries admitted to Longhua District Central Hospital in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province.A total of 90 patients who received routine emergency treatment from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the control group,and 90 patients who received an integrated trauma center treatment from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study group.The success rate of rescue,first aid time,prognosis and adverse events were compared.Results The success rate of rescue in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.67%VS 88.89%,χ^(2)=4.063,P=0.044).The time of admission,the time of consultation doctors in place,the time of stay in the rescue room,the time from admission to completion of imaging examination,the time from admission to emergency operation in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Two days after admission,the scores of trauma severity,and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)in the two groups were significantly reduced than the baseline before admission,which were significantly lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated treatment mode of trauma center can effectively improve the first aid efficiency of patients with severe multi-trauma,significantly improve the success rate of rescue,improve the prognosis,and reduce the risk of adverse events,which provides a new choice for the first aid mode of patients with multi-trauma.
