摘　　要：阳春三月,全国两会在北京盛大召开。会议全面回顾了2024年工作,提出2025年经济社会发展总体要求和政策取向,提出2025年政府工作任务。会议指出,要在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻落实党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神,按照中央经济工作会议部署,坚持稳中求进工作总基调,完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念,加快构建新发展格局,扎实推动高质量发展,进一步全面深化改革,扩大高水平对外开放,建设现代化产业体系,更好统筹发展和安全,实施更加积极有为的宏观政策,扩大国内需求,推动科技创新和产业创新融合发展,稳住楼市股市,防范化解重点领域风险和外部冲击,稳定预期、激发活力,推动经济持续回升向好,不断提高人民生活水平,保持社会和谐稳定,高质量完成“十四五”规划目标任务,为实现“十五五”良好开局打牢基础。在“十四五”规划即将全面收官“十五五”规划谋篇布局关键时期召开的2025年全国两会,为我们做好当前和今后一段时期工作指明了前进方向。会议再次强调,深化财税金融体制改革。其中包括,完善科技金融、绿色金融、普惠金融、养老金融、数字金融标准体系和基础制度;深化资本市场投融资综合改革,大力推动中长期资金入市,加强战略性力量储备和稳市机制建设;改革优化股票发行上市和并购重组制度;加快多层次债券市场发展等。会议期间,安排了“部长通道”集体采访,召开了十四届全国人大三次会议经济主题、民生主题、外交主题等记者会,相关部委负责人等深入阐述了各领域在全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化进程中的战略布局及实践进展。本期的两会特别报道摘录了部分与金融领城发展密切相关的精彩观点与读者分享。In March,the annual sessions of the National People's Congress(NPC)and the CPPCC National Committee,known as the"Two Sessions",convened in Beijing.The meetings comprehensively reviewed the work of 2024,proposed the overall requirements and policy directions for economic and social development in 2025,and outlined the government's tasks for the year.Convened at a crucial period when the 14th Five-Year Plan nears full completion and the 15th Five-Year Plan is being formulated,the 2025"Two Sessions"have charted a clear path for current and future endeavors.During the sessions,group interviews with ministers were arranged,and press conferences on economic,livelihood,and diplomatic themes were held at the third session of the 14th NPC.Senior officials from relevant ministries and commissions elaborated on the strategic priorities and practical progress across sectors in the process of comprehensively deepening reform and promoting Chinese modernization.This special coverage on the"Two Sessions"excerpts some insights closely related to the financial sector development to share with readers.
