摘　　要：“五要五不”深刻阐释了中国特色金融文化的实践要求,对我们走出以经济论金融、以金融论金融的狭溢,更多从社会论金融、从社会价值视角重塑金融逻辑,走好中国特色金融发展之路具有十分重大的指导意义。金融机构应遵循“积极培育中国特色金融文化”的指导,坚持金融功能性为第一性,倡导并践行善本金融,推动金融价值评价体系重塑,积极向社会释放鲜明信号:金融不只要向善,更要以善为本、从善出发,推进“正行向善”的文化养成。The"Five Musts and Five Don'ts"profoundly explain the practical requirements of financial culture with Chinese characteristics,guiding us to transcend narrow perspectives that evaluate finance solely through economic or financial lenses.Instead,it advocates for reshaping the logic of finance from a social value frameworks,thus paving the way for the development of Chinese-style finance.Financial institutions should follow the guidance of"actively cultivating financial culture with Chinese characteristics"by prioritizing the functional role of finance,promoting benevolence-oriented finance,and reshaping financial value evaluation systems.This approach releases a clear signal to society:finance must not only pursue goodness but also be fundamentally rooted in benevolence,promoting the cultivation of a culture of"upright conduct and benevolence orientation."
