摘　　要：中国共产党自成立之日起,既是中华优秀传统文化的传承者和弘扬者,也是中国先进文化的引领者和践行者。中国共产党科学运用马克思主义世界观和方法论,与时俱进地对中华传统廉洁文化进行扬弃、发展和升华,通过伟大实践、伟大创造,形成了具有马克思主义政党特色的、科学系统的廉洁文化和制度体系。Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to the crucial role of integrity culture,regarding constantly improving conduct and building a clean government as a matter of vital importance to the survival of the Party and the country.China's traditional culture of integrity has a long history,encompassing rich ideological connotations and practical essentials such as people-oriented philosophy,integrity as the foundation of governance,advocating virtue and frugality,and simultaneous emphasis on ethics and law.Based on the practical needs of revolution,reform,and construction,the CPC has drawn extensively from the essence of Chinese traditional integrity culture.Through creative transformation and innovative development in practice,the Party has formed an integrity culture system with distinct Marxist characteristics and contemporary features.This system serves as a powerful spiritual engine and action guidance for promoting comprehensive and strict governance of the Party and building a clear and upright national governance system.
