摘 要:中国海上稠油资源丰富,热采是海上中高黏原油的有效开发方式,目前在渤海已实现了稠油规模化热采开发,增储上产潜力巨大。分析了海上稠油热采模式、井筒安全长效和平台热采装备等经济技术挑战;总结了现阶段中国海上稠油热采开发关键技术进展,包括大井距高强度热采开发技术与模式、高强注采井筒安全长效关键技术和海上热采平台集约化装备及技术体系;最后聚焦海上稠油热采绿色低碳发展要求和规模上产技术需求,在提高热采采收率、完善海上热采工艺技术、发展海上注热新模式、储备海上热采新技术等方面探讨了未来发展的方向。本文对推动海上稠油热采技术进步具有指导意义。China boasts abundant reserves of offshore heavy oil resources,and thermal recovery is an effective development approach for offshore heavy oil with medium to high viscosity.Currently,large-scale implementation of thermal recovery technique of offshore heavy oil has been achieved in the Bohai oilfield,with great potential for the reserve and production increase.This paper analyzed the economic and technical challenges,such as thermal recovery modes of offshore heavy oil,wellbore safety and efficiency,and platformbased thermal recovery equipment.Meanwhile,the key technology progress in thermal recovery for offshore heavy oil was summarized,including the development technology and mode of large well-spacing and highstrength thermal recovery,a technique of wellbore safety and efficiency with high injection-production capacity,and an integrated equipment and technology system of the offshore thermal recovery platform.Finally,by focusing on development requirements for low-carbon and technical requirements for large-scale production improvement for offshore heavy oil,the future development direction was discussed from the aspects of enhancing thermal recovery factor,improving offshore thermal recovery technique,developing new offshore heat-injection modes and reserving new offshore thermal recovery techniques.This study provides guidance for promoting the progress in thermal recovery techniques for offshore heavy oil.
