摘 要:在深水钻井条件下,不同温压环境会对钻井液密度产生较大影响,进而影响钻井过程中的井筒压力,一旦钻遇窄安全压力窗口地层,将会诱发井涌、井漏复杂工况。针对目前已有研究在特定温压环境下钻井液密度预测适用范围的局限性,开展了南海深水常用HEM和合成基钻井液在4~210℃、10~95 MPa条件下的密度测量实验,分析了钻井液密度随温压的变化规律;基于实验数据,在鄢捷年模型基础上建立了一种大温压域条件下同时适用于合成基与HEM钻井液的密度预测模型。实验数据和现场数据对比结果表明:本文模型具有较高预测精度,可实现对南海深水HEM和合成基钻井液密度准确的预测,可为深水钻井水力参数优化设计提供理论支撑。In deep-water drilling conditions,different temperature and pressure environments can have a significant influence on the drilling fluid density,further affecting the wellbore pressure during drilling.Once a narrow safety pressure window stratum is encountered,it can induce complex working conditions such as pressure kick and circulation loss.Therefore,aiming at the application range limitations of drilling fluid density prediction under specific temperature and pressure environments in existing studies,this paper carried out density measurement experiments on HEM and synthetic drilling fluids commonly adopted in deep-water drilling in the South China Sea in the conditions of 4-210℃and 10-95 MPa and analyzed the variation rules of drilling fluid density with temperature and pressure.Based on the experimental data,a density prediction model suitable for both synthetic and HEM drilling fluids in large temperature and pressure conditions was built based on the Yan Jienian model.Comparison between the experimental data and field data shows that the proposed model has high prediction accuracy,with the ability to achieve accurate density prediction of HEM and synthetic drilling fluids in deep-water drilling in the South China Sea,providing a theoretical basis for the optimization design of hydraulic parameters in deep-water drilling.
