摘 要:单点系泊系统是深海油气开发核心装备FPSO(浮式生产储卸油装置)的重要设施,关乎中国油气开发安全。为加快中国单点系泊系统开发进程,全面梳理了国内外单点系泊系统的发展现状:全球单点系泊系统市场由SBM、APL、SOFEC、BLUEWATER等国际巨头引领,技术创新与多元化应用显著,中国在该领域处于快速发展阶段,部分产品及技术实现了国产化应用,但仍面临进入市场困难,整体技术创新能力弱,欠缺设计技术话语权以及核心设备国产化难以突破,关键部件依赖进口等挑战。据此提出了中国单点系泊系统自主化发展建议:基于产学研用突破关键核心技术;基于并购或合作实现设计采购建造安装总承包(EPCI)交付能力;提升产业链、供应链韧性,推进核心零部件国产化进程;提升数字化智能化运维与故障分析综合能力等,为中国单点系泊系统的未来发展提供清晰的方向与路径,助力中国在全球海洋油气开发领域占据更有利的位置。The single-point mooring system is a critical component of floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)units essential for deep-sea oil and gas development,which is vital to China’s oil and gas development security.To accelerate the development of China’s single-point mooring systems,this study conducted a comprehensive review of the development status of single-point mooring systems in China and other countries.The global single-point mooring system market is led by international giants such as SBM,APL,SOFEC,and BLUEWATER with notable technological innovation and diversified applications.China is in a rapid development phase in this field,with some products and technologies achieving localized application.However,challenges remain,including difficulties in market entry,weak overall technological innovation capability,a lack of design technology discourse power,and difficulties in breaking through the localization of core equipment,with key components still relying on import.Based on this,recommendations for the autonomous development of China’s single-point mooring systems were proposed:breaking through key core technologies based on industry-university-researchapplication collaboration,achieving engineering,procurement,construction,and installation(EPCI)delivery capabilities through mergers or cooperation,enhancing the resilience of the industrial and supply chains to advance the localization process of core components,and improving comprehensive capabilities in digital and intelligent operation and maintenance as well as fault analysis.These recommendations provide a clear direction and path for the future development of China’s single-point mooring systems,helping China to occupy a more favorable position in the global offshore oil and gas development sector.
