摘  要:吸力筒基础在海洋工程领域应用广泛,其在沉贯过程中易出现土塞现象,影响基础的顺利安装。关于吸力筒基础在沉贯过程中土塞高度的研究,目前主要集中在黏土地基,针对砂土地基的研究相对匮乏。本研究通过有限元软件ABAQUS中VUMAT子程序,将亚塑性本构嵌入耦合欧拉-拉格朗日数值模型,研究砂土地基中吸力筒沉贯过程的土塞隆起效应。首先,将本文数值模拟结果与现有模型试验及数值模拟结果对比,验证了本文方法的可靠性;进一步开展参数分析,探究吸力筒径厚比、砂土相对密度和筒-土界面摩擦系数对筒内最大土塞高度的影响;并基于数值计算,提出了砂土地基中吸力筒沉贯过程中筒内最大土塞高度的预测公式。结果表明:吸力筒径厚比和砂土相对密度是筒内最大土塞高度的主要影响因素,筒-土界面摩擦系数的影响程度较小。研究成果为吸力筒的设计和安装提供了理论依据。Suction bucket foundations are widely used in marine engineering,and soil plug phenomena are prone to occur during their penetration,which affect their installation.Current studies on soil plug height during the penetration of suction bucket foundations primarily focus on clay foundations,while studies related to sand foundations remain relatively limited.In this study,the hypoplastic constitutive model was embedded within the coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian numerical model by using the VUMAT subroutine of the ABAQUS finite element software to investigate the soil plug heave effect during the penetration process of suction buckets in sand foundations.Firstly,the reliability of the method in this paper was validated by comparing the simulation results with existing experimental and numerical simulation results.Subsequently,parametric analyses were conducted to explore the effects of the diameter-thickness ratio of the suction bucket,relative sand density,and friction coefficient at the bucket-soil interface on the maximum soil plug height within the suction bucket.Based on numerical results,the paper proposed a predictive formula for the maximum soil plug height during suction bucket penetration in sand foundations.The results indicate that the diameter-thickness ratio of the suction bucket and the relative sand density are the main influencing factors for the maximum soil plug height within the suction bucket,while the friction coefficient at the bucket-soil interface less influences the soil plug height.The findings provide a theoretical basis for the design and installation of suction buckets.
