摘  要:自升式平台是近海油气生产的重要设施,受海底底质多样性影响,平台桩腿入泥深度可能过浅,桩靴存在局部冲刷的风险。基于重力相似准则,设计了自升式平台浅插桩靴在粉质海床中局部冲刷波流水槽模型试验,研究了配重荷载、波流强度、插桩深度以及海床密实度对桩靴基础冲刷的影响。结果表明:波流耦合作用下浅插桩靴周边出现了基础冲刷,其中桩靴左右侧冲刷较前后方冲刷更为严重;相较1年重现期波流加载,10年和50年重现期波流耦合加载下桩靴周边最大冲刷深度分别增大了83%和117%;而增大桩顶配重荷载、桩靴埋深及海床密实度均可有效抑制桩靴周边冲刷发育;根据平衡冲刷深度的80%、95%和100%,可将浅插桩靴在粉质海床中冲刷历程分为快冲、慢冲以及稳定3个阶段。研究成果为自升式平台浅插桩作业及桩靴局部冲刷防护提供了技术参考。Self-elevating platforms are critical facilities for offshore oil and gas production.However,due to the diversity of seabed sediments,the insertion depth of the platform legs into the mud may be insufficient,posing a risk of local scouring around the pile shoes.Based on the principle of gravity similarity,a series of flume tests were designed to investigate the local scouring around shallow-inserted pile shoes of a selfelevating platform in a silty seabed.The study considered the effects of counterweight load,wave and current intensity,pile insertion depth,and seabed density on the local scouring of the pile shoe foundation.The results indicate that under the wave-current coupling effects,foundation scouring occurred around the shallow inserted pile shoe,with more severe scouring on the left and right sides of the pile shoe than on the front and back sides.Compared with wave-current loading with a 1-year return period,the maximum scouring depth around the pile shoe increases by 83%and 117%under the wave-current loading with 10-year and 50-year return periods,respectively.Increasing the counterweight load at the pile top,pile shoe burial depth,and seabed density can effectively mitigate the scouring development around the pile shoe.According to 80%,95%,and 100%of the equilibrium scouring depth,the scouring process of shallow pile shoes in the silty seabed can be divided into three stages:fast scouring,slow scouring,and stable scouring.The research results provide technical references for shallow-inserted pile safe operation and local scouring protection of pile shoes.
