摘　　要：在融媒体时代背景下,医学科普短视频作为传播医学知识的重要途径,扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,在医学科普短视频中,常常会出现科学性问题,影响其传播效果和可信度。该文针对“科普中国”项目征集的医学科普短视频,汇总初审工作中发现的主要科学性问题,包括定义及概念不准确、基础知识错误、归类错误、数据不准确或无权威出处、知识陈旧,以及观点有争议等方面。为解决这些问题,建议加强内容审核与核实,确保信息来源权威可靠;提升编辑自身的专业素养,以及审核能力;构建专业化作者队伍,邀请专业医生、医学大家(如院士)参与创作;加强合作与资源共享,与医疗机构建立合作关系,提高短视频的可信度和影响力。该文以期为全面提升医学科普短视频的质量提供参考。In the context of the era of financial media,short videos of medical science popularization play a vital role as an important way to disseminate medical knowledge.However,in the short video of medical science popularization,there are often scientific problems,which affect the communication effect and credibility.Based on the short medical science videos collected by the"Science Popularization China"project,this paper summarizes the main scientific problems found in the preliminary review,including inaccurate definitions and concepts,basic knowledge errors,classification errors,inaccurate data or no authoritative sources,outdated knowledge and controversial views.In order to solve these problems,it is suggested to strengthen content review and verification to ensure the authority and reliability of information sources;enhance the editor's own professional quality,improve the audit ability;build a team of professional authors,and invite professional doctors and medical practitioners(such as academicians)to participate in the creation;strengthen cooperation and resource sharing,establish cooperative relations with medical institutions,and improve the credibility and influence of short videos.It aims to provide a reference for comprehensively improving the quality of medical science short video.
