文化经济学视角下新时代民族特色手工艺创新发展研究——以水族马尾绣为例

摘　　要：我国民族特色手工艺技艺精湛,富含深厚的民族文化底蕴,推动民族特色手工艺活态传承、创造性转化与创新性发展是实现乡村全面振兴和共同富裕的必然要求。马尾绣是水族特色传统手工艺,已入选首批国家级非遗名录,实地调查发现当前水族马尾绣创新发展中存在产品设计创意水平不高、质量评价和产品定价缺乏统一标准、销售渠道狭窄等问题。该文运用文化经济学理论,立足新时代传统消费转变趋向,从“人”“物”“产业”三个维度,从传承人培育、文创产品设计开发、文化IP打造、文化产业链完善等方面提出水族马尾绣更好地传承和创新发展的对策建议。在新时代,民族特色手工艺发展要紧跟时代脚步、回应时代之变,在创新发展中实现由传统向现代转化,不断焕发生机与活力。China's national characteristics of handicrafts are exquisite,rich in profound national cultural heritage.Promoting ethnic characteristic handicrafts living inheritance,creative transformation,and innovative development is an inevitable requirement of comprehensive rural revitalization and common prosperity.Horsetail embroidery is traditional characteristic handicraft of the Shui Nationality and a national intangible cultural heritage.A field investigation found that there are some problems in the current innovation and development of horsetail embroidery of the Shui nationality,such as low level of product design creativity,lack of unified standards for quality evaluation and product pricing,as well as the narrow sales channels.This article applies the theory of cultural economics and is based on the trend of traditional consumption transformation in the new era.From the three dimensions of"people","things",and"industry",it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for better inheritance and innovative development of aquatic ponytail embroidery from the aspects of inheritor cultivation,cultural and creative product design and development,cultural IP creation,and cultural industry chain improvement.In the new era,development of handicrafts with national characteristics should keep up with the pace of the times,respond to the changes of the times,so that to transform from tradition to modernity and glow with vitality in innovative development.
