新时代文化创意产业讲好中国故事的策略——基于日本内容产业发展的经验启示

摘　　要：文化创意产业是文化与科技的深度结合,是国家软实力与硬实力的综合体现。该文讨论了文化创意产业与文化产业、创意产业的关系,剖析了日本内容产业的发展模式与困境,结合SWOT分析法梳理了我国文化创意产业在文化、科学技术、市场规模等方面的优势,以及创新力度不足、区域发展失衡和知识产权保护薄弱等问题,同时还探讨了文化创意产业面临的发展机遇与威胁。基于日本内容产业的经验启示与我国发展现状,提出新时代我国文化创意产业“讲好中国故事”的策略:完善政策体系、营造良好市场氛围、培育复合型人才、健全法律制度、坚定文化自信、加快文化创新、响应数字化浪潮、打造健康产业生态和积极接轨国际市场。期望切实推动文化产业高质量发展,助力文化强国建设。The cultural and creative industries represent a profound integration of culture and technology,embodying both national soft power and hard power.This paper first differentiates cultural and creative industries from cultural industries and creative industries.Subsequently,it analyzes the developmental models and challenges of Japan's content industry.Through SWOT analysis,the study systematically evaluates China's cultural and creative industries,highlighting their advantages in cultural resources,scientific innovation,and market scale,while identifying deficiencies in innovation capacity,regional development disparities,and weak intellectual property protection.It further explores emerging opportunities and external threats confronting the sector.Drawing lessons from Japan's content industry evolution and considering China's current developmental context,this paper proposes strategies for cultural and creative industries to present compelling Chinese stories:refining the policy framework,cultivating favorable market ecosystem,nurturing interdisciplinary talents,improving legal frameworks,reinforcing cultural confidence,accelerating cultural innovation and digital transformation,fostering a robust industrial ecosystem,and aligning with international standards.These recommendations aim to propel industrial upgrading and contribute to building China into a country with a thriving strong socialist culture.
