摘  要:校地共建模式作为我国高校博物馆突破发展瓶颈的创新路径,其理论、实践意义与高校博物馆的历史发展轨迹及地方的新生诉求紧密相连。高校博物馆长期以来面临着资金短缺、管理体制僵化、社会服务功能不足等问题,亟须探索新的发展模式。该文以成都自然博物馆(成都理工大学博物馆)为例,系统考察其从规划筹建到运营管理的全过程,深入剖析校地共建博物馆的历史源流、合作模式及其关键工作要点,旨在为高校博物馆的转型与可持续发展提供有益借鉴,同时也为地方文化资源的开发利用提供新的思路,以推动博物馆事业在新时代实现创新与突破。As an innovative path for China's university museums to break through the bottleneck of development,the theoretical and practical significance of the the co-construction model between universities and local governments is closely linked to the historical development trajectory of university museums and the newborn demands of the localities.University museums have long been facing problems such as lack of funds,rigid management system,and insufficient social service functions,and there is an urgent need to explore new development modes.This paper takes Chengdu Natural History Museum(The Museum of Chengdu University of Technology)as an example,systematically examines the whole process from planning and construction to operation and management,and deeply analyses the historical origin,cooperation mode and key points of the co-construction model between universities and local governments aiming at providing useful reference for the transformation and sustainable development of university museums,and at the same time,providing new ideas for the development and utilization of local cultural resources,so as to promote museums'career innovation and breakthroughs under the background of the new era.
