摘  要:随着人口老龄化的加剧,老年福祉问题日益受到社会关注。智慧养老技术的快速发展为老年福祉领域提供了新的解决方案,而文化因素在老年福祉服务中的重要性也愈发凸显。该研究从智慧养老与文化视角出发,探讨老年福祉方向社工人才培养的实践路径。通过对智慧养老服务需求的深入分析,提出了将现代科技思维与文化素养融入教学体系、增强学科教学的适应性、专注培养具有科技与文化双重素养的社工人才,并构建跨学科协作机制。研究强调文化在老年福祉服务中的核心作用,通过文化敏感性教育和跨文化服务能力培养,提升社工人才在智慧养老背景下的专业素养,为应对人口老龄化提供更具人文关怀的解决方案。With the intensification of population aging,the issue of elderly welfare is increasingly receiving social attention.The rapid development of smart elderly care technology has provided new solutions for the field of elderly welfare,and the importance of cultural factors in elderly welfare services has become increasingly prominent.This study explores the practical path of cultivating social workers in the field of elderly welfare from the perspectives of smart elderly care and culture.Through in-depth analysis of the demand for smart elderly care services,it is proposed to integrate modern technological thinking and cultural literacy into the teaching system,enhance the adaptability of subject teaching,focus on cultivating social work talents with both technological and cultural literacy,and construct interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms.The study emphasizes the core role of culture in elderly welfare services,and through cultural sensitivity education and cross-cultural service capacity cultivation,enhances the professional competence of social workers in the context of smart elderly care,providing more humane solutions for addressing population aging.
