摘 要:为了有效解决海上L油田聚驱后期面临的增油不明显、含水率上升快等问题,开展了聚驱后活性聚合物提高采收率技术研究。采用紫外分光光度计、流变仪和界面张力仪,对活性聚合物和线性聚合物的增黏性、静态吸附性、黏弹性及界面活性展开考察。通过室内物模实验,探究线性聚合物驱后分别注入线性聚合物、二元复合体系(线性聚合物+石油磺酸盐)以及活性聚合物(3类体系黏度相近)后的驱油效果。研究结果表明:活性聚合物展现出良好的增黏性,其静态吸附量约为3000μg/g,在频率为0~10 Hz区间内,储能模量G'始终大于损耗模量G",与原油间的界面张力约为10 mN/m。在相同剪切条件下,820 mg/L的活性聚合物与1150 mg/L的线性聚合物黏度相近。聚驱后注入0.3 PV线性聚合物,驱油效果欠佳,而注入0.3 PV二元复合体系、活性聚合物溶液,可分别进一步提高采收率5.87%、6.32%。结论认为:活性聚合物具备低浓高黏、强吸附性、强偏弹性及弱界面活性等特性。聚驱后注入活性聚合物的驱油效率优于线性聚合物驱和二元复合体系驱,因此,活性聚合物驱作为聚驱后提高采收率的接替技术具备可行性,能够为海上L油田的后续开发提供技术支撑。In response to the problems of low crude oil production and rapid increase in water content in the later stage of polymer flooding in offshore L oilfield,research on enhanced oil recovery technology using active polymers after polymer flooding has been carried out.The viscosity increase,static adsorption,viscoelasticity,and interfacial activity of active polymers and linear polymers were investigated using UV spectrophotometers,rheometers,and interfacial tensiometers.The oil recovery effects of linear polymers,binary composite systems,and active polymers injected after linear polymer flooding were investigated using indoor physical modeling experiments.The results show that the viscosity of the active polymer is good,and the static adsorption capacity is about 3000μg/g.The storage modulus G'in the range of 0~10 Hz is always greater than the loss modulus G",and the interfacial tension between the active polymer and crude oil is about 10 mN/m.Under the same shear conditions,the viscosity of 820 mg/L of active polymer is similar to that of 1150 mg/L of linear polymer.Injecting 0.3 PV linear polymer after polymer flooding has a poorer oil recovery effect,while injecting 0.3 PV binary composite system and active polymer solution can further improve the recovery rate by 5.87%and 6.32%.The research results can provide experimental data support for the feasibility of adopting active polymer flooding to further enhance oil recovery after polymer flooding in offshore L oilfield.Active polymer has characteristics such as low concentration and high viscosity,strong adsorption,partial elasticity,and weak interfacial activity.The oil recovery efficiency of injecting active polymer after polymer flooding is better than that of linear polymer flooding and binary composite system flooding.The application of active polymer flooding as a replacement technology for improving oil recovery rate after polymer flooding is feasible.
