油茶壳与煤混燃特性试验

摘  要:采用热重(TG)分析仪研究不同质量比(掺混比)油茶壳(CS)和神木煤(SM)的混燃特性,探讨了升温速率和掺混比对CS和SM的混合燃料燃烧的影响,分析了混合燃料在燃烧过程中的协同效应,并使用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)和Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)2种非等温动力学拟合计算燃料的活化能。研究结果表明:混合燃料着火温度低于纯SM,CS/SM的掺混比为7∶3的混合燃料(7CS∶3SM)着火温度最低,为192℃,燃烧稳定性和综合燃烧特性有明显提高;随着掺混比从1∶9增至9∶1时,燃尽温度由784℃降低到636℃,稳燃指数(D_i)的值由2.406×10^(-5)增加至1.522 3×10^(-4),综合燃烧特性指数(S)的值从1.008×10^(-7)增加到9.436×10^(-7)。随着升温速率10℃/min增加至30℃/min,混合燃料的D_(i)增大2.3倍,S增大3.6倍。油茶壳与煤混合燃烧过程中发生了明显的协同效应,协同效应参数值都大于1.15,且随着油茶壳掺混比例的增加而增大,混合燃烧的协同效应越来越显著。FWO法拟合计算得到SM和CS的活化能分别为224.65和166.46 kJ/mol,混燃时CS可降低混合燃料的表观活化能,其中7CS∶3SM的活化能最低。The co-combustion characteristics of Camellia oleifera shell(CS)and Shenmu coal(SM)with different mass ratios(blending ratios)were studied by thermogravimetric(TG)analyzer.The influence of heating rate and blending ratio on combustion characteristics parameters of the mixed fuel of CS and SM were discussed.The synergistic effect of mixed fuel in the combustion process was analyzed,and the activation energy of the fuel was calculated by two non-isothermal kinetic fittings,i.e.Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)and Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS).The results showed that the ignition temperature of the mixed fuel was lower than that of pure SM.The ignition temperature was the lowest when the blending ratio of CS and SM was 7∶3(7CS∶3SM),which was 192℃,and the combustion stability and comprehensive combustion characteristics were significantly improved.With the increase of the blending ratio from 1∶9 to 9∶1,the burnout temperature decreased from 784℃to 636℃,the value of the stable combustion index(D i)increased from 2.406×10^(-5) to 1.5223×10^(-4),and the value of the comprehensive combustion characteristic index(S)increased from 1.008×10^(-7) to 9.436×10^(-7).With the increase of the heating rate from 10℃/min to 30℃/min,D_(i) value of the mixed fuel increased by 2.3 times and S value increased by 3.6 times.The synergistic effect of mixed combustion of C.oleifera shell and coal occurred obviously,and the synergistic effect parameters were greater than 1.15,and increased with the increase of the blending ratio of C.oleifera shell,and the synergistic effect of mixed combustion became more and more significant.The activation energies of SM and CS were 224.65 and 166.46 kJ/mol,respectively,and CS could reduce the apparent activation energy of mixed fuel during mixed combustion.
