摘　　要：为提高淀粉基胶黏剂的耐水性,生产耐水性好的刨花板,将甲基丙烯酸脱水甘油酯(GMA)接枝到玉米淀粉(St)上,然后与改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)交联,制备耐水改性复合淀粉基胶黏剂(GMA-St/PVA),并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重(TG)分析等方法对产物进行表征。将制备的胶黏剂应用于刨花板的生产,对板材进行力学性能和耐水性测试。改性后的胶黏剂具有良好的耐水性,刨花板显示出3 423 MPa的静曲强度(MOR)、 34.69 MPa的弹性模量(MOE)和8.3%的吸水厚度膨胀率(TS)。制备的环保型淀粉基刨花板的MOR、MOE和TS均达到GB/T 4987—2015要求,具有较大的应用价值,可应用于木材类和家具类行业。To enhance the water resistance of starch-based adhesives for producing water-resistant particleboards,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)was grafted onto corn starch(St)and then cross-linked with modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to prepare water-resistant modified composite starch-based adhesives(GMA-St/PVA).The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and thermogravimetric(TG)analysis.The prepared adhesives were then applied in the production of particleboards,and the mechanical properties and water resistance of the boards were tested.The modified adhesives exhibited good water resistance,and the particleboards showed a modulus of rupture(MOR)of 3423 MPa,a modulus of elasticity(MOE)of 34.69 MPa,and a water absorption thickness swelling rate(TS)of 8.3%.The prepared environment-friendly starch-based particleboards met the national standards for MOR,MOE,and TS,and had significant application value,which could be applied in the wood and furniture industries.
