摘　　要：装配式混凝土建筑是将传统建造方式中的大量现场湿作业经工厂提前加工,在施工现场通过可靠连接方式现场组装干式安装的新型建筑方式。但在生产实践中,由于对装配式建筑专业知识及施工工艺认知和掌握存在差异化,装配式施工质量还存在一些问题。论文重点对装配式混凝土结构在生产、运输、施工及验收等环节进行了分析,并就其多发质量问题提出了预控措施,以期提升装配式混凝土结构质量水平。Prefabricated concrete construction is a new type of construction method that involves a large amount of on-site wet work in traditional construction methods,which is processed in advance by factories and assembled on site through reliable connection methods for dry installation.However,in production practice,there are still some issues with the quality of prefabricated construction due to differences in knowledge and understanding of construction techniques in the field of prefabricated construction.This paper focuses on the analysis of the production,transportation,construction,and acceptance of prefabricated concrete structures,and proposes pre control measures for their frequent quality problems in order to improve the quality level of prefabricated concrete structures.
