摘　　要：随着建筑市场的不断发展以及人民群众对好房子的向往,工程建设涉及的检测项目日益丰富。住房和城乡建设部发布的《建设工程质量检测管理办法》(住建部令第57号令)标志着检测行业进入了新的发展阶段。论文拟从检测行业现状及发展对策等角度分析新形势下检测机构面临的机遇和挑战。With the continuous development of the construction market and the people's longing for good houses,the testing projects involved in engineering construction are becoming increasingly diverse.The“Management Measures for Quality Inspection of Construction Projects”released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development marks a new stage of development for the inspection industry.This article intends to analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by testing body under the new situation from the perspectives of the current situation and development strategies of the testing industry.
