摘　　要：房屋建筑结构安全性鉴定报告有效期是一个客观存在的综合性时间概念,它是判定结构安全性鉴定报告有效或者失效的一个重要依据,同时也是人民群众重点关注和经常咨询的一个技术问题。目前,相关规范标准中并不存在结构安全性鉴定报告有效期这一术语、定义和相关条文规定,这给结构安全性鉴定报告有效期的确定带来了困难。论文通过综合梳理与结构安全性鉴定相关的技术规范标准和政府政策文件,系统性地探讨了结构安全性鉴定中所涉及的时间概念和结构安全性鉴定报告有效期这一重要时间概念。The validity period of building structural safety appraisal report is an objective and comprehensive time-related concept,which is an important basis for judging the validity or invalidation of structural safety appraisal report,and it is also a technical issue that people pay close attention to.At present,the term,definition and relevant provisions of the validity period of structural safety appraisal report do not exist in relevant codes and standards,which brings difficulties to the determination of the validity period of structural safety appraisal report.This paper systematically discusses those time-related concepts involved in structural safety appraisal and the important time-related concept of validity period of structural safety appraisal report by comprehensively combing the technical specifications and standards related to structural safety appraisal and government policy documents.
