摘  要:某办公楼为钢管混凝土柱—钢框架梁组成的框架结构,论文针对该办公楼出现局部不定时振动的现象,进行了楼层纵向布点、同层布点及机房振动测试,并对测点铅垂向和水平向振动加速度进行了时域波形分析及快速傅里叶变换(FFT)频谱分析。结合建筑内部及周边环境调查,采用有限元软件进行结构动力特性振型频率的数值模拟,并对振动区域结构构件的外观质量和损伤情况进行检查,通过多种方式对振动现象进行了综合分析判定。确定了共振区的范围及共振频率,排除了建筑外部环境对共振的影响,并给出了相关构件的加固处理建议,以消除和弱化共振现象。论文的振动检测溯源的技术方法对解决同类工程问题提供了较为全面的参考依据。The office building is a frame structure composed of steel tube concrete columns and steel frame beams.This article focuses on the phenomenon of local irregular vibration in the office building,and conducts vibration tests on the measure points fixed on vertical floors,same layer and machine rooms.The time-domain waveform analysis and Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)spectrum analysis of the vertical and horizontal vibration accelerations of the measure points are also conducted.Based on the investigation of the internal and surrounding environment of the building,finite element software is used to numerically simulate the vibration mode frequency of the structural dynamic characteristics.The appearance quality and damage situation of the structural components in the vibration area are checked,and the vibration phenomenon is comprehensively analyzed and judged through various methods.The range and resonance frequency of the resonance zone are determined,and the influence of the external environment of the building on resonance is ruled out.Suggestions for reinforcement treatment of relevant components are provided to eliminate and weaken resonance phenomena.The technical method of vibration detection and tracing in this article provides a comprehensive reference basis for solving similar engineering problems.
