摘 要:论文选取了三个不同国家出产的三种硅藻页岩,描述其产地和外观信息,从化学成分、晶体类型、硅藻形态等方面鉴定了三种硅藻页岩的结构和硅藻种类,并比较它们的吸湿和放湿性能,稚内层硅藻页岩的调湿性能最佳。对硅藻页岩的热失重分析曲线进行了解析,提出了热失重最大速率温度与硅藻页岩的吸附水的结合力有关,热失重分析可以作为调湿性能的快速分析手段。通过Kelvin吸附理论分析了硅藻页岩的比表面积、孔径、孔径分布对硅藻页岩的调湿性能的影响,证实了稚内层硅藻页岩与其他硅藻页岩不同的独特孔结构特征(吸附孔径、孔径分布)符合Kelvin吸附理论并是其超高调湿性能的结构基础。This article selects three types of diatom shale produced in three different countries,describes their origin and appearance information,identifies the structure and diatom species of the three types of diatom shale from chemical composition,crystal type,diatom morphology,and compares their humidity absorption and release properties.The humidity control performance of Wakkanai stratum diatom shale is the best.The thermogravity analysis curve of diatom shale was analyzed,and it was proposed that the temperature of maximum thermos gravity loss rate is related to the binding force of diatom shale to adsorb humidity.Thermogravity analysis can be used as a rapid analysis method for humidity control performance.The Kelvin adsorption theory was used to analyze the influence of the specific surface area,pore size,and pore size distribution of diatom shale on humidity control performance.It was confirmed that the unique pore structure characteristics(adsorption pore size,pore size distribution)of Wakkanai stratum diatom shale,which are different from other diatom shale,comply with the Kelvin adsorption theory and are the structural basis for its ultra-high humidity control performance.
