摘　　要：现阶段装配式建筑在我国建筑工程项目建设中的占比持续增大,受到多方面因素的影响,使得建筑现浇施工不可避免出现污染大、工期长、危险多等问题。而装配式建筑工艺的有效应用,能够在保证建筑施工符合高质量要求的同时,促进其可靠的施工环境。鉴于此,探讨装配式建筑施工技术要点与质量控制的优化开展,有利于施工效率的显著提升,并营造更为安全、助于促进我国建筑工程领域的创新发展。At present,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in the construction of construction projects in China continues to increase,which is affected by many factors,making the cast-in-place construction of buildings inevitably appear problems such as large pollution,long time limit and many dangers.The effective application of prefabricated construction technology can ensure that the construction meets the high-quality requirements and promote a reliable construction environment.In view of this,the discussion of the technical points of prefabricated building construction and the optimization of quality control is conducive to the significant improvement of construction efficiency,and create a more safe,help to promote the innovative development of China's construction engineering field.
