摘　　要：根据住房和城乡建设部关于印发的《装配式建筑工程投资估算指标》,装配率达到30%时,装配式混凝土建筑较传统建筑的人工用量减少15%,建筑垃圾减少40%,建筑污水减少15%,能耗降低15%,成本增量8%~20%,各地区存在差异性,但整体偏差较小。住房和城乡建设部于2017年发布了《“十三五”装配式建筑行动方案》,全面推进装配式建筑的发展,为了响应国家号召,我国装配式建筑比例逐渐提升,预计到2035年全面实现装配式建筑产业化。可见随着科学技术的进步,装配式建筑必将在建筑市场占有重要席位。论文依据工程实例对装配式建筑进行解读,分析装配式建筑的安全性、工期、成本等建筑要素。According to the"Investment Estimation Indicators for Prefabricated Building Projects"issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development,when the assembly rate reaches 30%,the labor consumption of prefabricated concrete buildings is reduced by 15%compared to traditional buildings,the construction waste is reduced by 40%,the construction sewage is reduced by 15%,the energy consumption is reduced by 15%,and the cost increment is 8%to 20%.There are differences among regions,but the overall deviation is relatively small.The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development released the"13th Five Year Plan for Prefabricated Buildings"in 2017,comprehensively promoting the development of prefabricated buildings.In response to the national call,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in China is gradually increasing,and it is expected to fully realize the industrialization of prefabricated buildings by 2035.With the advancement of science and technology,prefabricated buildings will inevitably occupy an important position in the construction market.This article interprets prefabricated buildings based on engineering examples,analyzing the building elements such as safety,construction period,and cost of prefabricated buildings.
