摘  要:地下管网的运维检修对于保证城市生命线正常运行有着至关重要的作用。在运维检修阶段,已有的管材质量溯源数据往往难以传递到一线人员手中,工人通常只能通过口头交底或查阅纸质资料的方式获取管材数据资料,存在数据共享不够充分的问题,没有发挥管道数据对运维检修的指导价值,导致管道检修周期较长的情况。为此本文研究开发了一种基于AR+BIM的地下管网运维管控系统。经项目测试,该系统能够准确地在实际位置融合地下管网模型,运维人员通过手机能轻松看到地下管网BIM模型,同时通过交互操作获取管网运行数据与管材质量溯源数据,对运维检修提供了切实指导,提升了地下管网运维阶段的数据共享水平,降低了一线工人获取检修数据的难度,提高了运维检修的效率。The operation and maintenance of underground pipe network plays a vital role in ensuring the normal operation of urban lifeline.In the operation and maintenance stage,the existing pipe quality traceability data is often difficult to transfer to the hands of front-line personnel,workers usually can only obtain pipe data through oral disclosure or by consulting paper materials.There is a problem of insufficient data sharing,which does not play the guiding value of pipeline data for operation and maintenance,resulting in a long pipeline maintenance cycle.Therefore,this paper studies and develops an underground pipe network operation and maintenance control system based on AR+BIM.Through project testing,the system can accurately integrate the underground pipe network model in the actual location,operation and maintenance personnel can easily see the BIM model of the underground pipe network through mobile phones,and obtain pipe network operation data and pipe quality traceability data through interactive operation,which provides practical guidance for operation and maintenance,and improves the data sharing level of underground pipe network operation and maintenance.It reduces the difficulty for front-line workers to obtain maintenance data and improves the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
