摘  要:依托徐州市某项目岩棉外墙外保温工程,通过对不同工艺下的岩棉外保温系统的有效粘结率、脱落率进行数据处理,对该外墙外保温工程中的岩棉耐久性能进行分析。建立一种小容重岩棉条外保温系统的耐久性评估模型,以防开裂、防脱落作为耐久性指标,有效粘结率、裂缝宽度等作为耐久性评估变量,对不同的施工工艺下耐久性评估结果进行量化,按不同的耐久性指标期望值将评估结果进行划分,最终得到最优的小容重岩棉外保温施工工艺,从而对小容重岩棉条外保温系统的整体耐久性能进行研究,可为类似的岩棉外保温施工以及耐久性研究提供参考。Based on the rock wool external thermal insulation project of a project in Xuzhou,the durability of rock wool external thermal insulation project is analyzed by processing the effective bonding rate and shedding rate of rock wool external thermal insulation system under different technologies.A durability evaluation model of external thermal insulation system with small bulk density rock wool was established,with the prevention of cracking and falling off as durability indexes,and the effective bonding rate and crack width as durability evaluation variables.The durability evaluation results under different construction technologies were quantified,and the evaluation results were divided according to the expected values of different durability indexes,and finally the optimal construction technology of external thermal insulation system with small bulk density rock wool was obtained,so as to study the overall durability of external thermal insulation system with small bulk density rock wool.It provides reference for similar rock wool external insulation construction and durability research.
