建筑钢结构局部损伤方钢管轴压力学性能研究

摘  要:为提高钢结构安全性能,明确损伤对钢结构轴压力学性能的影响,进行3根建筑钢结构方钢管轴压力学性能试验,研究了轴压荷载下试件破坏变形、荷载位移、峰值承载力、延展性及应变对方钢管力学性能的影响。结果表明:建筑钢结构方钢管在局部损伤条件下均表现为局部屈服破坏现象,且损伤形态及变化趋势具有较强相似性;开孔损伤试件抗压性能最好,其次为缝型损伤,无损伤抗压性能最差;方钢管存在损伤缺口虽然会降低试件延展性,但损伤时应变趋势更为定性;无论是否存在局部损伤,方钢管试件在超过其承载上限后应变不再发生大幅度变化,应变变化幅度与应变片所处位置关联性更强;损伤开口出现在试件中部位置时,试件变形发展趋势更为稳定。研究结论可为建筑钢结构方钢管维护和利用提供参考。In order to improve the safety performance of steel structure and clarify the influence of damage on the axial compressive mechanical properties of steel structure,three axial compressive mechanical properties tests of square steel tubes of building steel structure were carried out,and the influence of destructive deformation of the specimen,load displacement,peak bearing capacity,ductility and strain on the mechanical properties of the square steel tubes under axial compressive load was investigated.The results show that:under the local damage condition,all the square steel pipes in building steel structure show local yield failure phenomenon,and the damage form and change trend have strong similarity.The compressive properties of the open-hole damaged specimens are the best,followed by the crack damaged specimens,and the pore damaged specimens have the worst compressive properties.Although the damage gap of square steel pipe will reduce the ductility of the specimen,the strain trend is more qualitative when damaged.No matter whether there is local damage or not,the strain of the square steel tube specimen does not change significantly after exceeding its load-bearing upper limit,and the strain variation amplitude is more closely related to the location of the strain gauge.When the damage opening appears in the middle of the specimen,the deformation trend of the specimen is more stable.The research results can provide reference for the maintenance and utilization of square steel tubes in building steel structures.
