摘 要:某工程建筑高度226 m,工程重要性等级高,承受的水平荷载大。地基基础施工过程中发现桩顶嵌入承台长度不足,桩顶标高低于验收标准的桩达到39%,桩顶与承台之间不能形成固接连接,群桩水平承载力只能按照铰接计算,可能导致桩基水平承载力不足。论文通过分析桩基水平承载力载荷试验成果资料并进行水平承载力复核,地震工况下桩基水平承载力不能满足设计要求。基于以上问题,笔者根据“地下室侧墙+承台+桩群+土”共同作用的技术理论,进行了群桩基础基桩水平承载力补强技术的应用研究,为同类桩基工程问题处理的技术实践和理论研究提供了参考。A certain engineering building has a height of 226m and a high level of importance,bearing a large horizontal load.During the foundation construction process,it was found that the length of the pile top embedded in the bearing platform was insufficient,and the pile top elevation was 39%lower than the acceptance standard.A fixed connection should be formed between the pile top and the bearing platform,and the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile group can only be calculated based on hinge joints,which may lead to insufficient horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation.This article analyzes the results of the horizontal bearing capacity load test of pile foundations and conducts a review of the horizontal bearing capacity.It is found that the horizontal bearing capacity of pile foundations cannot meet the design requirements under earthquake conditions.Based on the above issues,the author conducted research on the application of horizontal bearing capacity reinforcement technology for group pile foundation piles based on the technical theory of"basement side wall+bearing platform+pile group+soil"combined action,providing reference for the technical practice and theoretical research of similar pile foundation engineering problems.
