摘　　要：EPC项目的设计管理和施工与其他类型项目有较大差异,设计院的设计管理更多的是考虑设计的合理性、合规性;建设方的设计管理侧重点是成本控制;在EPC模式下,总承包方对设计的诉求还包含成本、进度、措施、质量控制、可操作性等方面。论文以EPC项目建筑基础及基坑工程为研究对象,探讨了项目的设计管理特点及对施工的影响,为EPC项目设计、施工提供参考。The design management and construction of EPC projects are quite different from other types of projects,the design management of design institute is more about the rationality and compliance of the design;the design management of the construction side is focused on cost control;under the EPC mode,the general contractor's demand for the design also includes the cost,schedule,measures,quality control,operability,etc.The design management of the EPC project has the same characteristics as the construction of the foundation and foundation pit.This paper takes the EPC project building foundation and pit project as the research object,discusses the design management characteristics of the project and the impact on construction,and provides reference for the design and construction of EPC project.
