摘　　要：2024年中央经济工作会议和其前后的中央政治局会议,以“超常规”框架的权威性指导,安排2025年的全局进展,是在纵向上以短期与中长期的衔接为经,在横向上以全方位事项统筹为纬,承前启后继往开来的党中央统一工作部署。经受历史考验,不断克服困难,防范和化解风险因素,以培育发展新质生产力,支持在“新的两步走”现代化道路上开创新局、行稳致远,是全体中华民族社会成员的根本利益之所系,是实现人民群众美好生活的决定性依托。当前,应深入学习领会中央会议精神,创造性地贯彻于各方面具体工作中,万众一心众志成城推进“新的两步走”中国式现代化宏伟事业。The 2024 Central Economic Work Conference and the Central Political Bureau conferences held be-fore and after it,with the authoritative guidance of the"unconventional"framework,have arranged the overall progress for 2025.This is a unified work deployment by the Party Central Committee,which connects the short term with the medium and long term vertically and comprehensively coordinates all matters horizontally,carry-ing forward the past and opening up the future.Withstanding historical tests,constantly overcoming difficulties,and preventing and defusing risk factors to cultivate new quality productive forces and supporting the opening of new horizons and maintaining steady progress on the"new two-step"modernization path are the fundamental in-terest of all members of the Chinese nation and the decisive support for achieving a better life for the people.Currently,we should deeply study and understand the guiding principle of this conference and implement it cre-atively in all specific work,uniting as one to advance the grand cause of Chinese modernization in the"new two-step"plan.
