摘　　要：文章围绕生成式人工智能赋能习近平文化思想国际传播问题展开系统化研究。从技术、理论背景两方面剖析生成式人工智能激发的国际传播变局,阐释习近平文化思想的独特国际传播理论优势,探析习近平文化思想中有益国际传播的话语增量,尝试概括习近平文化思想国际传播内容体系。立足生成式人工智能涌现背景下的国际传播场域革新,从内容生成、信息分发、认知体验、交流交互四个环节探讨赋能习近平文化思想国际传播的具体技术逻辑机制。从传播主体、渠道、内容、对象、环境、技术六个维度出发,探求习近平文化思想国际传播系统化传播路径。从话语力度、信息效度、价值深度、传播治理等多维视角预见性提出技术风险问题并给出建议。This article conducts a systematic study on the issue of generative artificial intelligence empowering the international dissemination of Xi Jinping thought on culture.The article analyzes the changes in internation-al dissemination inspired by generative artificial intelligence in terms of technical and theoretical background and the unique theoretical advantages of Xi Jinping thought on culture.The article analyzes the discourse incre-ment in Xi Jinping thought on culture that is useful for international dissemination and tries to summarize a con-tent system for international dissemination of Xi Jinping thought on culture.Based on the innovation of the inter-national dissemination field in the context of the emergence of generative artificial intelligence,the article ex-plores the specific technological mechanism that empowers the international dissemination of Xi Jinping thought on culture from the four aspects of content generation,information distribution,cognitive experience,and dissem-ination and interaction.The article explores a systematic dissemination path for the international dissemination of Xi Jinping thought on culture from the six dimensions of dissemination subject,dissemination channel,dis-semination content,dissemination object,dissemination environment,and dissemination technology.The article foresees the technological risks and gives suggestions from the multi-dimensional perspectives of discourse strength,information effectiveness,value depth,and dissemination governance.
