摘　　要：百年来,中国共产党的民生思想已经构成一部成熟的“民生经济学”。中国共产党创建了在解决民生问题的实践中注重思想理论建设,同时又以思想理论为指导推动民生建设持续完善的模式。文章从方法论、基本概念、民生主体、具体目标、发展模式、改善机制、领导机制、决策机制、执行机制、惠民制度、制度保障、评价标准和理论范式等十三个方面,分析中国共产党民生思想已经呈现的基本理论形态,这个理论形态是中国特色社会主义民生经济学的建构基础。Over the past century,the CPC's thought on people's livelihood has developed into a mature"eco-nomics of people's livelihood".The CPC has created a model of focusing on ideological and theoretical construc-tion in solving people's livelihood issues and continuously improving people's livelihood construction guided by ideological and theoretical principles.This paper analyzes the basic theoretical form of the CPC's thought on people's livelihood in thirteen aspects,including methodology,basic concepts,people-oriented subjects,specif-ic goals,development models,improvement mechanisms,leadership mechanisms,decision-making mecha-nisms,implementation mechanisms,welfare systems,institutional guarantees,evaluation standards,and theoreti-cal paradigms.This theoretical form is the foundation for the construction of economics of people's livelihood of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
