数字经济与文化产业数字化协同发展策略研究

摘　　要：在社会发展过程中,虽然经济对文化的发展具有根本性影响,但文化也会为经济的发展提供助力。经济和文化分别属于物质和精神发展层面,具有内在的融通性。文化产业数字化作为文化发展的重要内容,它与数字经济的发展具有共性,对二者协同发展策略的阐释建立在二者融通发展的基础上。文章对二者概念内涵和核心要素进行了阐释,以此为基础对二者的协同关系和协同策略进行了分析。在发展中要重点处理好数字经济和文化产业数字化的基础设施建设、人才培养、数据共享和协同治理之间的关系。以此促进文化产业数字化的发展,在满足人民群众多样性精神需求的同时,提升我国文化软实力。During the process of social development,although the economy exerts a fundamental influence on the development of culture,culture offers assistance to economic progress.The economy and culture pertain to the material and spiritual aspects and possess inherent compatibility.The digitalization of cultural industry,as a significant component of cultural development,shares commonalities with the development of the digital econo-my.The elaboration of the collaborative development strategies of the two is founded on their integrated develop-ment.In this paper,the conceptual connotations and core elements of both are expounded,and based on this,the collaborative relationship and collaborative strategies between the two are analyzed.In the process of develop-ment,it is crucial to effectively handle the relationships among the infrastructure construction,talent cultivation,data sharing,and collaborative governance of the digital economy and digitalization of cultural industry,thereby facilitating the development of the digitalization of cultural industry,satisfying the diverse spiritual demands of the people,and enhancing China's cultural soft power as well.
