摘  要:以牦牛坪氟碳铈精矿为原料,研究了精矿粒度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和料层厚度等焙烧工艺参数对熟矿氧化率、铈富集物的镨钕含量以及稀土浸出率的影响。结果表明,采用较小的精矿粒度、适宜的焙烧温度(500~525℃)和焙烧时间(3 h)并控制料层厚度(1.1 cm)可提高镨钕浸出率,降低铈富集物中的镨钕含量。但由于破碎精矿需要额外增加工序及能耗,为了使工业生产容易实现,采用原始精矿直接焙烧。在上述最佳条件下,熟矿氧化率可达到95.29%,镨钕浸出率达到95.89%,铈富集物的镨钕含量达到最低,为1.23%。本研究可为氟碳铈矿中镨钕的高效浸出提供参考。The effects of roasting process parameters such as concentrate particle size,roasting temperature,roasting time,and material layer thickness on the oxidation rate of roasted ore,praseodymium and neody-mium content in the cerium-rich concentrates,and leaching rate of rare earths,using Yakping bastnaesite concentrate as the raw material.The results indicate that employing smaller concentrate particle size,appropriate roasting temperature(500~525℃)and roasting time(3 h),and controlled material layer thickness(1.1 cm),could enhance the leaching rate of praseodymium and neodymium and reduce the praseodymium and neodymium content in the cerium-rich concentrates.However,due to the additional processing steps and energy consumption required for crushing concentrates,the original concentrate is directly roasted for easier industrial implementation.Under the above optimum conditions,the oxidation rate of roasted ore reaches 95.29%,the leaching rate of praseodymium and neodymium reaches 95.89%,and the praseodymium and neodymium content in the cerium-rich concentrates is minimized to 1.23%.This study provides a reference for achieving efficient praseodymium and neodymium leaching from bastnaesite.
