摘  要:对采用高纯铌液(H_(2)NbF_(7)溶液)制备草酸铌合成用高纯氢氧化铌的工艺进行优化研究。结果表明:在料液浓度(Nb_(2)O_(5)含量)120 g/L、氨气中和时间5 h、吹气时间16 h、烘干温度60℃和烘干时间5 h的最佳工艺条件下,制备的氢氧化铌产品品质良好,Nb_(2)O_(5)含量在73%以上,在草酸溶液中溶解度大,且工艺运行稳定。The preparation process was optimized of high-purity niobium hydroxide from high-purity nio-bium solution(H_(2)NbF_(7) solution)for niobium oxalate synthesis.The results demonstrate that under the optimal process conditions,including a feed solution concentration(Nb_(2)O_(5) content)of 120 g/L,ammonia neutralization time of 5 h,blowing time of 16 h,drying temperature of 60℃,and drying time of 5 h,the prepared niobium hydroxide product exhibits excellent quality with a Nb_(2)O_(5) content exceeding 73%and superior solubility in oxalic acid solution.In addition,the process operates stably.
